Your catalogue,
on WhatsApp,
in seconds.
catalogoshare turns the products already in your Odoo into a collection you can send from your phone — over WhatsApp, by email, or as a PDF line sheet. No more scrolling a camera roll in front of a customer.
Free for up to 50 products. No Odoo yet? The setup is on us.
How it works
Three taps between a product and a customer
No export, no re-typing, no second copy of your catalogue to keep up to date.
Sign in to your Odoo
The app connects to the system you already run. Your products, photographs and prices come across as they are, and stay where they are.
Pick what they should see
Choose the products for this customer, and the individual photographs within each one. What one buyer sees is not what the next one sees.
Send it
Straight to WhatsApp with the pictures attached, by email, or as a PDF line sheet. Or share it in the app, where the customer opens it themselves.
The app
What it looks like in your hand
What you get
Built for the way a range actually gets sold
Not a catalogue viewer. A tool for the person standing in front of the buyer.
Works without a signal
Your catalogue is mirrored onto the phone. A basement showroom, an exhibition hall, a warehouse with no bars — it still opens, and you can still build a collection. It syncs when you are back online.
Photos actually attach
WhatsApp gets the pictures, not a link. On Android the app hands the images straight to WhatsApp with your line sheet as the caption.
You see who opened it
Every collection records who it went to and who has looked. An unopened collection is a follow-up waiting to happen, and now you know which.
Collections that expire
Set how long a shared collection stays open. Last season's prices stop being reachable without anyone having to remember to withdraw them.
Invite your customers
Give a buyer their own sign-in and they browse what you have sent them, whenever they like. They are never charged and never shown a price list.
Your data stays yours
Products, photographs, prices and contacts live on your own Odoo. We never receive a copy. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking of any kind.
It runs on Odoo. No Odoo yet? We will set one up.
catalogoshare is a companion app: it reads your products from an Odoo system with our Catalog module installed on it. If you already run Odoo, you are ready today.
If you do not, we will set one up for you. Odoo Community is free and open source, and the catalogue side of it needs little more than the Inventory app switched on — so the setup is on us. Hosting and the rest depend on your situation, and we would rather talk it through than print a number here.
Not sure what you have, or want to know what hosting would cost? Ask us and we will walk you through it.

Questions
The things people ask before they install
Do I need Odoo to use catalogoshare?
The app reads your products from an Odoo system with our Catalog module on it. If you already run Odoo, you are ready today. If you do not, we will set one up for you and the setup is on us – Odoo Community is open source and the catalogue side needs little more than the Inventory app. Ask us about hosting and we will explain the options.
How much does it cost?
Basic is free permanently and covers up to 50 products. Pro is ₹10,000 a year or ₹1,000 a month for unlimited products, and one subscription covers your whole company however many people sign in.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your catalogue is mirrored onto the phone, so it opens and you can build a collection with no signal at all. It syncs when you are back online.
Does WhatsApp get the actual photographs?
On Android the app hands the images straight to WhatsApp with your line sheet as the caption, so the customer gets pictures rather than a link. On iOS the pictures go through the system share sheet.
Can I hide prices from a customer?
Yes. You choose whether a collection carries prices, and which products and which individual photographs it contains. What one buyer sees is not what the next one sees.
Do my customers have to pay?
No. Customers you invite are never charged and never shown a price. Your own staff are not charged either – an account belongs to your company, not to a person.
